Welcome to Dragon and Phoenix Shiatsu School! Dragon and Phoenix was founded in 1990 and has as its unique vocation the training of Shiatsu Practitioners and Therapists. It is presently the only dedicated English language Shiatsu school in Montreal. Shiatsu training at Dragon and Phoenix involves the whole person and is seen as a growth process rather than a mere technical training. Students learn to develop their sensitivity to others as well as discovering and respecting their own limits.

Trip to the Chinese countryside. Just two hours south of Shanghai with the speed train is Wuyi county in Zhejiang Province. A beautiful part of China with mountains, tea plantations, small villages, all embedded in green nature. At 530 am, the Bund in Shanghai is not empty. There are a few people jogging.
